HISTORY
Development History
The company primarily engages in the independent research and development, manufacturing, and sales of organic solid waste treatment equipment and energy reuse equipment, as well as providing technical services in the fields of deep resource recycling and energy reuse.
Primarily applied in the fields of resource recycling and energy reuse, including the treatment of various organic solid wastes and the upgrading and utilization of low-value energy resources.
The company focuses on R&D related to resource recycling and regeneration, cascaded energy utilization, and emerging energy conversion technologies.
2015
In 2015, conducted experiments on waste pyrolysis and sludge pyrolysis.
In 2015, we formed a team and began conducting pyrolysis experiments on waste. We tested various types of feedstock and initially established the process flow.
2016
In 2016, emergency response work was carried out in Karamay to handle oil sludge.
In 2016, I was involved in the emergency treatment of oil sludge pyrolysis in Karamay. For the first time, we achieved a residual oil rate of less than 3‰ in the pyrolysis products of oil sludge.
2018
Since 2018, I have been engaged in biomass carbonization in the Xiong'an New Area.
In 2018, the project in Anxin County, Xiong'an New Area, handled reeds from Baiyangdian Lake and leather waste from Xiong County. The project successfully completed the equipment demonstration.
2019
In 2019, we moved into Ganquanbao in Urumqi to handle gasification slag.
In 2019, a project was carried out in Ganquanbao, Urumqi, Xinjiang, to treat gasification slag, with a daily processing capacity of 2,200 tons. For the first time in the industry, the gasification slag achieved self-sustaining combustion and decarbonization without the need for supplementary combustion.
2020
In 2020, Yiliang County, Kunming, Yunnan Province, processed 200 tons of domestic waste per day.
Since 2020, a 200-ton-per-day municipal solid waste pyrolysis carbonization project has been operating steadily in Yiliang County, Kunming, Yunnan Province. The project has processed over 90,000 tons of waste in total, producing 20,000 tons of carbon powder.
2025
In 2025, a low-temperature carbonization project with a daily processing capacity of 200 tons of domestic waste will be built in Rucheng County, Hunan Province.
By the end of June 2025, we will have successfully completed the Hunan Rucheng low-temperature pyrolysis incineration and resource utilization project for municipal solid waste together with our partner, Lanzhi Environmental Protection, laying a solid foundation for the next step of advancing carbonization-gasification to produce green energy.
