Xu Tongmo: Leader of the Equipment Mechanism Research Group
Former President of Xi'an Jiaotong University. Currently serves as Vice Chairman of the China Society for Power Engineering, Chairperson of the Teaching Steering Committee for Power Engineering in Higher Education Institutions under the Ministry of Education, and the first author of the higher education textbook "Combustion Science."
Zhu Yuezhao: Leader of the Hydrogen Purification and Storage & Transportation Research Group
Former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Nanjing University of Technology, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor. His main research areas include advanced energy equipment technology, as well as science and technology in society.
Zhang Ying: Leader of the Research Group on the Deep Utilization of Biochar
Dean of the College of Resources and Environment at Northeast Agricultural University, Professor, and Doctoral Supervisor. His research primarily focuses on the advanced utilization of biochar and agricultural soil improvement.
Wang Xuebin: Equipment Mechanism Research Group
Professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Energy and Power Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University. Research interests include high-efficiency combustion and pollutant control, combustion reaction kinetics mechanisms, utilization of biomass fuels, and energy conservation and emission reduction in high-energy-consumption industrial systems.
Li Songgeng: Leader of the Research Group on Carbonization Theory
PhD candidate at the Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences; selected for the CAS Institute of Process Engineering’s “Hundred Talents Program”; research focuses on clean energy and pollutant emission control technologies, including efficient conversion and utilization of coal and biomass, flue gas and syngas purification technologies, as well as carbon dioxide capture and emission reduction technologies.
Wang Ze: Deputy Leader of the Carbonization Theory Research Group
PhD candidate at Zhejiang University, primarily engaged in research on the staged conversion of solid fuels and the high-value upgrading of primary conversion products. The focus is on the development of carbonization processes for coal, biomass, and oil shale, as well as the mechanisms underlying carbonization and conversion, and the analysis of carbonization products from coal, biomass, and oil shale.

EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business; previously served as an executive at several publicly listed companies and has many years of venture capital experience, successfully managing M&A and IPOs for numerous well-known domestic and international projects.
Chief Process Engineer: Yang Cuiguang
PhD from the Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and postdoctoral fellow at Tsinghua University. Responsible for technology process packages, core data, and upgrades and replacements of equipment.
Deputy General Manager of Technology: Chen Yongqiang
PhD from Xi'an Jiaotong University, responsible for the company’s technology research and development as well as patent applications, and in charge of technical coordination.
Deputy General Manager of Business, Sun Songtao
MBA from Northwestern University, responsible for corporate finance, business operations, human resources, and legal administration; also in charge of corporate business and market development, as well as corporate public relations and promotion.
Chief Engineer: Wu Shanshi
Responsible for the engineering of the company’s original R&D equipment, as well as the prototyping and standardization of small-scale and pilot-scale machines.
