Basic information before processing:
Relevant indicators: The average moisture content is around 20%, with some dried samples having a moisture content of about 5%. The average oil content is 15%.
Main technical indicators after processing:
Sludge at the bottom of the tank: oil yield 12%, gas production 90 m³/T, water production 10%.
Dehydrated oil sludge: Oil yield 10%, gas yield 85 m³/T, water yield 15%.
Dried oil sludge: Oil yield 15%, gas yield 120 m³/T, water yield 10%.
After treatment, the oil content of the solid residue ranged from 0.137% to 0.071%, significantly lower than the standard requirement of less than 2%.
