Carbon-based Chemicals—Green Energy Chemicals Utilizing Green Carbon
For a variety of wastes or green raw materials (biomass), energy conversion in a variety of ways is carried out, including the extraction of green hydrogen, alcohol, ammonia, SAF and other forms of energy use to realize the carbon cycle. For the first time in the world, Nuotai proposed a plan to replace coal with carbon (carbon) for chemical or energy conversion-carbon chemical industry

Low-temperature carbonization is carried out on green waste resources such as household garbage and biomass to obtain green biochar, achieving a green recycling and reutilization technology solution for biomass.

Proven and low-cost coal-based chemical technologies, such as coal gasification.

By using biochar powder instead of coal powder in gasification technology and other coal chemical reactions, the effect is similar to that of coal chemical processes. However, the entire reaction process is completely green and is called - carbon chemical process.
Biomass (domestic waste) carbonization — gasification to hydrogen production chain

Competitive advantages for carbon-based chemical
Process advantage:
|
|
Advanced and stable carbonization technology combined with mature gasification technology, avoiding the high equipment failure rate and unstable production capacity caused by direct gasification of biomass. The properties of biochar powder are similar to those of sub-bituminous coal, making it a high-quality gasification raw material. The carbon conversion process can be directly carried out using traditional coal chemical processes, with mature technology and a significant reduction in production costs. Compared with previous green energy production projects, this project adopts the method of first carbonizing and then gasifying the biomass into charcoal powder. The gasification raw material changes from biomass to biochar, which maximally avoids the instability of biomass. This technical solution makes it possible to achieve low-cost, large-scale and stable production of green energy. |
Model advantage:
Due to the scattered nature of resources such as biomass and the inconvenience of transportation, this model enables decentralized charcoal production at the resource sites and centralized hydrogen production in the hydrogen production and utilization industrial park.

Competitive Advantage: Distributed Coal Combustion and Centralized Gasification
