Principle of activation and decarbonization technology

Activate all functions of the decarbonization process

Drying Dehydrate and dry the materials.

Enthalpy increase The heat energy warms up the material in an oxygen-free or hypoxic environment, preheating the material and increasing its enthalpy.

Pyrolysis Some materials, such as coal gangue, dried sludge, etc., are pyrolyzed by heat to produce combustible oil and gas, and the oil and gas are burned separately to provide energy for enthalpy activation.

Activation Thermal activation: Changes the structure and properties of the material, from a tight structure to a loose combination

The activated enthalpy-increasing coupled adiabatic circulating fluidized bed technology jointly developed by Novatec Environmental Protection, Taibo Group and Tsinghua University was recognized by the China Coal Industry Association as reaching the international leading level at the scientific and technological achievement review meeting of the large-scale carbon reduction treatment technology plan for extremely low calorific value coal gangue and coal gasification fly ash solid waste on July 18, 2025.Recognized experts include Academician Huang Qili and Academician Gao Xiang.
