On December 16, 2024, Lanzhi Environmental Protection Company and Rucheng Aidefu Company signed the implementation contract for the Rucheng County 200-ton-per-day low-temperature pyrolysis incineration and resource utilization project for domestic waste. The project involves an additional investment of 30 million yuan. The key construction components of the project include demolishing the existing domestic waste treatment facilities within the current plant and adding a new production line for crushing, drying, pyrolysis, screening, and storage of domestic waste.

Yiliang County 200-ton/day Municipal Solid Waste Low-Temperature Carbonization Project
The Yiliang Yishi Domestic Waste Biochemical Treatment Plant in Yunnan has a stable daily processing capacity of up to 200 tons. Since its operation began, it has processed over 90,000 tons of domestic waste, producing more than 40,000 tons of carbon powder. At the same time, it automatically sorts and recovers over 4,000 tons of various recyclable metals, glass, and sand and gravel materials.

In 2018-2019, a demonstration facility was established in the Xiong'an New Area to process reeds from Baiyangdian Lake and leather waste from Xiong County. The project has now completed its local emergency response tasks. Over 30,000 tons of local Baiyangdian reeds were carbonized, yielding approximately 12,000 tons of biochar powder.
